TCCA Bylaws Please take a moment to review the Proposed Bylaw Changes for the Texas Court Clerks Association.  The Bylaws Committee used your responses from the survey in preparing the proposed bylaw changes.  The proposed changes will be voted on at the 2009 TCCA Conference. CMCC Congratulations to Teresa Borick from Abilene Municipal Court and Rachel Frazier from Keller Municipal Court. They are the newest clerks to achieved Level III to become a Certified Municipal Court Clerk (CMCC). You have achieved a great accomplishment! Way to go #37 and #38!!
