ELECTRONIC VOTING BALLOT WILL BE READY FOR 2011 ELECTION - IMPORTANT MEMBER INFORMATION**

The Nomination, Bylaws, Membership and Website Committee have been working to have your election ballots ready for the 2011 Vote.  There are a few important details that our TCCA Members need to be aware of:

1) Make sure your Membership is current.  Membership periods run from January 1 to December 31.  (Here is a link to the Current Membership Listing for 2011. Note: you must be logged in to view the membership list)

2) If you have not renewed your Membership, complete the application on the Member Application Page. (If your Membership is not Renewed, your Member access on the website will be removed before the Official Voting Ballot is posted.)

3) Login to your Member Account to get use to navigating around with the Member's tool bar options.  (Current TCCA Member: Select Need a Password to login to your account for the first time.)

4) Members, After you have logged in: go to the Voting Menu Option under the "Members" tool bar and select "Voting Ballots".  Here you will find a Test Ballot that is set up for you to become familiar with the Official Voting Ballot setup.  If you have any questions, please contact the Website Chair.

5) Nominations for Officer Positions will be open May 1, 2011 to July 1, 2011. The application for Nomination will be available on the Website during that time period.

6) From August 1, 2011 to Sept 15, 2011: the Official 2011 Voting Ballot will be available on the Website to all Members for voting. You may only vote one time.  If you attempt to vote more than once, only the first ballot cast will be accepted.

7) Voting Ballot results will be released at the 2011 TCCA Conference Business Meeting in Waco, Texas on October 11, 2011. If you would like to be present during the Election Results at the Business Meeting and/or attend the Conference, please visit the Conference Page for more information.

The TCCA Board is very excited to complete this task the Membership has requested by providing electronic ballots.
