TCCA Membership Application
The TCCA is accepting membership applications for 2012. TCCA Membership period is from January through December and must be renewed annually to stay in good standing with the Association.
Once you complete your application you will receive an email confirmation that your application was received. The email will also serve as an invoice for you to submit payment. Print the email confirmation for your records and mail a copy with your payment.
TCCA MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES:
Regular Membership $40.00:
Any person serving in a non-judicial, non-vendor capacity as Court Clerk, Administrator, or in any other capacity within the framework of Municipal Court or Justice of the Peace Court, serving on a full time or part time basis, is eligible for membership upon paying the dues as provided for herein. Regular members in good standing shall be entitled to receive copies of the Association newsletter and other mailings, attend the Annual Conference, attend the Annual Business Meeting and chapter meetings, vote, hold office, and serve on committees.
Court Job Summaries/Descriptions
Honorary Membership (no fee):
Any non-vendor person who has made a significant contribution to the science of court administration or rendered distinguished service in related fields may be elected an Honorary Membership in the Association by a majority vote of the membership in attendance at an Annual Meeting. An Honorary Member shall be entitled to receive copies of the association newsletter. An Honorary Member may not hold another class of membership in the Association and does have the right to attend the Annual Business Meeting and chapter meetings, but may not vote or hold office. An Honorary Member may serve on a committee.
If you are retiring from a Municipal Court or Justice Court and hold a regular membership in good standing with the TCCA and you are interested in becoming a Honorary Member, please complete the application and your Chapter President will be notified of your request for submission to the Association at the Next Annual TCCA Meeting.
Sustaining Membership $200.00:
Vendors may apply for Sustaining Membership of the Texas Court Clerks Association. Sustaining Members are entitled to receive copies of the association newsletter as well as a copy of the Association’s current membership list. Copies of the Association newsletter and membership lists will be mailed to the representatives indicated in the Sustaining Membership application. Sustaining Members shall complete a separate registration as a vendor to attend the Annual Conference of the Texas Court Clerks Association. Sustaining Members shall not have the right to attend the Annual Business Meeting and chapter meetings, vote, hold office or serve on a committee.
