The TCCA Education Committee has approved up to 16 hours of education credit for those attending the Virtual Panhandle Regional Clerks Seminar, April 23-25, 2024. This livestream simulcast will meet the requirements for both live (in person) hours and virtual hours. You must register with TMCEC for this event. You will be provided a record of attendance from TMCEC following the event. Submission of your record of attendance will automatically update your TMCEC transcript which is reviewed during the clerk certification renewal process.
Beginning January 1, 2023 - an individual may request an opportunity to test in a private location to be coordinated by the TCCA Education Chair or TMCEC Program Coordinator.
Requests for testing at an alternative testing site must be made by submitting a request form. The individual requesting special test site accommodations must submit this form on their own behalf. Requests by a third party will not be entertained.

The TCCA Education Committee Chair will reschedule a date and location for the requestor to test within 30 days of approval. Once approved, the requestor will be required to register and submit payment for testing fees online within 10 business days. Registration fees are non refundable.
